About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong conglomerate and a leading, premium healthcare service provider that focuses on providing premium health and wellness services in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area. It houses teams of internationally recognised healthcare professionals across a wide range of disciplines. To strengthen the quality of their services and their business development in Hong Kong, they would like to invite a high-calibre individual to join their clinic pre-opening team as a Physiotherapy Manager.
About the Role
As a physiotherapy manager, you will be reporting to the Centre Manager and you will lead a team of physiotherapists. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day services and clinic operations at the clinic, developing operational policies, processes and protocols pertaining to physiotherapy, as well as monitoring clinical and non-clinical key performance indicators. To ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with local regulations and policies, your responsibility also includes the design and implementation of clinical audits, including workplace health and safety audits. You will work closely with other disciplines to provide quality healthcare services, and patient consultations up to high-quality service standards. You will also provide service recovery for patient complaints.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working as a Physiotherapist in private clinics or hospitals
- A registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong with a valid practising certificate, and experience with acupuncture is highly preferred
- Patient-centric, possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, reliable with an enthusiastic character
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
