About the Role

Reporting to the department head, you will lead a team and need to have a strong understanding of the implementation of asset management systems and processes and experience in supervising the development and implementation of asset management strategies. As a team lead, you will the project team responsible for delivery of the Enterprise Asset Management System project while managing key business stakeholders whilst ensuring all business requirements are met. You will ensure the consistent application of procedures, in accordance with the the requirement and create and coordinate the overall project plans, schedules and risk registers. Lastly, you will be responsible for the management of costs and budget planning, including the application of change control against original project scope.


The Successful Applicant

  • BSc in Computer Science or related engineering degree with equivalent;
  • Minimum 8 years of PMO experience
  • In-depth understanding of software development life cycle in any off-the-shelf asset management system package
  • Should have done end-to-end PMO for business or technology transformation large scale project
  • You will need to have a proven track record of PMO Management, gained within a sizeable organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to solve problems in a structured and logical way
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Change management knowledge and mind set, with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Good command in Chinese and English
