Job Description

Our client is seeking a Process Owner Specialist who will play a crucial role in creating SOPs for key business processes within the organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a smooth transition and handover of processes among different teams and departments, ultimately improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the intricacies of key business processes.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify areas that require SOP development to streamline operations.
  • Design and develop comprehensive SOPs that clearly outline the steps, roles, and responsibilities involved in each process.
  • Ensure that the SOPs adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Work closely with teams and departments to introduce and implement the SOPs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' Logistics or supply chain planning experience
  • Solid expertise / operational know-how of business process and identify role & responsibility in different process
  • Experience in Supply Chain Luxury Retail Industry is preferrable.
  • Independent, devoted with belief of term-spirit.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of process design and implementation of ERP system
  • High awareness of compliance and risk control
  • Skill of presentation and training is preferrable
  • Experience MS Visio

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
