Our client is a reputable company with a vision of staying at the forefront of innovation and solidifying a position as a leader in the industry. As part of the company's aggressive expansion plan in the fast growing internet industry, a need has arisen to recruit a Product Strategy Director

About the Role

As Head of Product, you will be responsible for delivering the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, driving the strategy, development, and success of the IT solution ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric software products that exceed market expectations. The role would holistically oversee the product portfolio, which will include multiple products at different stages of their lifecycles. They will contribute to and implement innovative product strategy decisions about product launches, investments, and potential integrations. They will also contribution to the financial success of the company's product portfolio while creating product strategy for strong growth and competitive differentiation that drive our business forward. As a team lead, client facing and have a deep understanding of market dynamics. They work with, and provide direction and requirements, to product management, data management and sales teams who execute and deliver on the strategy.

The Successful Applicant:

  • BA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Commerce or other relevant field
  • Minimum 10 year's experience working with new technology, incubation and innovation companies or product launch
  • Consulting background will be a plus but not mandatory
  • Experienced in creating business strategies, leading teams, inspiring external clients on accepting new digital technology enablement
  • An integrated thinker, able to work across multiple channels with a broad and open mind
  • Ability and interest in managing and communicating IT strategy and solutions to C-levels
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Good command in Chinese and English
