Programme Executive (NGO, welcome fresh graduate)


Responsibilities

  • Support Programme Manager to monitor programme expenditure to ensure objectives, pledges, and budget are met
    • A sports programme promoting water sports, urban sports and mountain sports for low-income secondary school students
    • A sports programme promoting running and cultural exchange activities
    • A sports programme promoting public participation in sports
  • Design and plan for project execution at back-end and front-line
  • Manage communication and participation of students and parents, coordinate their sports and learning experiences
  • Create written content for email and social media
  • Support data collection, writing of programme reports and impact analysis



Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline, with exposure in NGO programme or events, welcome fresh graduates
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Demonstrate a strong passion in charity, youth work or sports
  • Good interpersonal skills. A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different backgrounds;
  • Strong ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments within deadline
  • Organised and detail-oriented with high integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI/Photoshop skills is a plus
  • Candidates with at least 2 years' experience in NGO might be considered for the Officer role

Details

  • 2-year contract
  • 5-day work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Location: Quarry Bay
  • Immediate availability is preferred. Welcome fresh graduates.
