Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Programme Manager on planning, cooridnate and execution of different sports programmes, sports classes and workshops
- Support the team on training and game scheduling, communicate with the coaching team, manage students' performance and attendance and organise corporate volunteering programmes
- Support the Programme Manager to monitor the expenditure of the responsible programme
- Work closely with the partnership management team and the marketing team to communicate the programme output and outcomes to different stakeholders
- Draft content for email and social media communications
- Lead part-time staff/interns to support the programme delivery
- Prepare programme reports and conduct impact measurement analysis
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Social Science, Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 2 years' experience in charity or social service; Candidates with less experience / Fresh graduates would be considered for Executive role
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Demonstrate a strong passion in youth work/sports/volunteering/partnership management
- Strong team player, organised and detail-oriented with high integrity
- Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong in weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and AI/Photoshop skills is a plus
