Project & VM Executive (1-year contract, up to $27k)

  • VM & Store planning projects for luxury beauty
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, Adobe program, etc.
  • Immediate availability is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management Support:

  • Assist project manager in planning, design and supervision of store openings and podium events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines
  • Provide comprehensive support including preparing PO, tender, invoice, payments, etc. related to BAU and store planning projects
  • Follow up invoice processing, payment follow-up and tracking, communicate with Finance Department when necessary

Store Planning and Design:

  • Contribute to the development of store layouts and designs that align with the brand image and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with teams to create visually appealing and functional store environments.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and guidelines specific to fragrance and beauty products.
  • End-to-end follow through on boutiques / counters VM display in close liaison with local team and external contractors

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury or retail sector, exposure to store planning / project management will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in Adobe program, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools, MS office suite etc.
  • Strong collaboration, agility in adapting to market changes / business priorities, detail-minded with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • Creative vision, design detail-oriented, with passion for Fragrance & Beauty products, also luxury retail industry.
  • Able to work and drive projects independently, as well as collaborate with multiple functions to achieve timely production and installation
  • Immediate availability is preferred
