Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in coordinating and implementing hospitality programmes for signature MICE events such as chartered tours, cultural performances, souvenirs, and other privileges to enrich MICE visitors' experiences
  • Work closely with overseas and local key MICE event organisers, as well as external suppliers to coordinate and execute support for signature MICE events
  • Provide planning, organising and execution support on ad hoc trade / marketing activities
  • Provide administrative support such as programme evaluation, progress tracking, budget management, logistics arrangement, meetings scheduling etc.
  • Provide on-site operation assistance at MICE events
  • Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the event organising / sales and marketing / travel trade industry
  • Strong presentation, communication skills, Detail-oriented and procedure-driven
  • Ability to work independently, handle complex and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Willing to work overtime and occasionally during weekend
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Immediate availability is preferable
