Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Support Programme Manager in planning and executing NGO's sport activities and events
- Manage and assist in both online and offline marketing event
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders involved in sport activities and events, such as funders, project partners, coaching partners, student etc.
- Manage NGO's website and other social media platforms
- Organize and carry out different events, including workshops, site visits, carnivals, ceremonies etc.
- Manage and monitor programme and event expenditure
- Communicate of programme result and achievements with relevant stakeholders
- Lead part-time staff/interns in various activities and event
- Perform other duties assigned by Manager



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in charity/community services/sports management for Officer role. Fresh graduates or those with less experience considered for Executive role.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good team work, multitaksing, well organized, detail-oriented, and high integrity
- Willing to travel to various districts in Hong Kong on weekday eveningsand weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with AI/Photoshop skills is a plus
- Knowledge of and passion for charitable sector preferred



Location & Working hours:

- Quarry Bay, Mon to Fri, 9am - 6pm
