Job Description
About the Role
- Assist R&D Manager in research and development activities
- Prepare material sourcing and prototypes for food product development
- Ensure food product meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Conduct evaluations after trial test to improve the product development
- Perform general clerical support and routine tests
- Handle all related documents in a systematically way
- Collaborate with QA, marketing and production team to ensure effective and efficient development process
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D in F&B industry
- Innovative and open mindset to identify new market trend and improve products
- love cooking and able to transfer ideas into actual products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong team spirit
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin.
