About the client
Our client is one of the hotels based in Shatin, Hong Kong. The team is looking for a Restaurant Manager with at least 8 years of F&B operation experience to join their dynamic team. The candidate will manage a Japanese Restaurant and lead a team of 6.
About the role
The position will report to F&B Manager who oversees all outlets in the hotel. You will be responsible for one of the Japanese Restaurants and lead a team of 6. Main responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant, restaurant's KPI in terms of financial, operations, marketing, and people management. Established quality and guest service standards, and departmental revenue and profit goals. Assist F&B Manager with hiring, L&D, scheduling, and guest requirements. Work with Executive Chef on developing the new menu and promotion menu.
The successful applicant
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related field
- 8 years of F&B experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge and experience in Japanese Cuisine/restaurant will be a plus
- Good management skills in a leadership role with a positive mindset, detailed service, and customer driven
- Good communications skill in both spoken & written English and Chinese
