Job Description

Retail Excellence Assistant (6-month contract)

  • Luxury brand, fashion office
  • Focus on retail projects and operation
  • 5-day work, Location: Quarry Bay
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support fashion retail projects and initiatives planning and rollout by following ups, coordinating boutique activities, developing training assets, reporting, etc.
  • Collect timely feedback from boutiques, and provide basic level of troubleshooting by conducting preliminary investigation and issue resolution
  • Track and monitor project KPIs and performance
  • Collect and validate boutique compliance report for audit purposes
  • Conduct the retail operations efficiency review a sustainable and on-going practice in the House
  • Enhance the existing operating procedure in a continuous manner to stay relevant, while ensuring the compliance of policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of retail operation experience, preferably in luxury market
  • Knowledge and passion with luxury brands
  • Determination and problem-solving skills to achieve success and overcome challenges
  • Analytical, data driven, detail minded
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, independent
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • Immediate availability is preferred
