Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new clients, working closely with front-end customer managers.

2. Data Management: Organize client data, oversee CRM systems, maintain client records, and perform analysis on regional business development metrics.

3. Primary Client Contact: Act as the main point of contact for global private clients, handling their day-to-day needs and inquiries.

4. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various internal departments, gather insights on regional competitors and product user requirements, and keep R&D teams informed of project progress.

5. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full client lifecycle, track daily client attrition, and initiate proactive client retention strategies.

6. Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with front-end customer managers to deliver personalized care, including customized gifts and holiday greetings, to foster customer loyalty.

7. Contract Management: Prepare and manage business negotiation contracts and ensure timely follow-up on related matters.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: A degree in finance, economics, or management, with knowledge of the Web3.0 industry. Exceptional candidates from high net worth financial backgrounds without Crypto experience may be considered, as will outstanding recent graduates.

2. Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, meticulous, practical, with strong execution and learning capabilities, and excellent teamwork skills.

3. Global Experience: International study or work experience, proficiency in English, and a global outlook.

4. Project Management: Experience in project management is preferred.

5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with both traditional finance and Crypto trading is advantageous.

6. Regulatory Awareness: Prior understanding of asset management and financial risk control, with legal awareness, is desired.
