About the Client
Our client is an international medical manufacturer known for producing top-notch medical technologies that have been curing patients around the world. To cope with their further expansion in APAC, they would like to invite a high-caliber individual to join their professional team as a Sales/Service Coordinator.
About the role
  • Provide comprehensive coordination to the sales and service Departments
  • Manage the administration and planning of sales and service contracts, and handle commercial logistics in a organised manner
  • Serve as the liaison between sales/service teams and customers, responding to inquiries about stock and shipments
  • Prepare and submit essential documentation, including proposals, reports, contracts, and maintenance agreements
  • Utilize SAP systems to maintain accurate customer records, track orders and delivery statuses
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and distribution staff to confirm order statuses and address customer complaints
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding sales orders
The Successful Applicant
  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably with a background in Science
  • A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in sales or service administration, with prior experience in SAP preferred
  • Candidates with knowledge in business processes, medical terminology, and medical supplies will have an advantage
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Team-oriented, highly self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates could express preferences between sales and service coordination as per their expertise
