Overview

Our client is a global FMCG and they are now looking for a dynamic SAP System Manager (FICO) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SAP FICO system and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and functionality. As a System Owner, you will act as a business partner to the finance team and play a critical role in the end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the SAP FICO system and ensure its smooth functioning and integration with other systems
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between the finance team and IT
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
  • Lead finance projects and provide expertise in system configuration and reporting
  • Act as a business partner to the finance team, providing insight and support on system capabilities and functionality
  • Utilize your end-to-end SAP implementation experience to drive successful project outcomes
  • Conduct regular review on system operation and establish proper guidelines and procedure to enhance overall work efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Accounting related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance system implementation and project management with deep understanding of whole finance process and operation
  • Extensive experience in SAP FICO modules and expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and system configuration
  • Proven stakeholder management and vendor management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, work effectively with all-levels
  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to leverage SAP FICO for insightful reporting
  • MUST strong in both verbal and written English, fluent in Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) will be a plus
