About Client

Our client is one of Europe's leading family-owned dairy suppliers, and offer our high-quality raw materials, premium dairy ingredients and superior dairy products to over 25 countries across key markets of Asia Pacific, Europe and
Oceania. Due to the business expansion, they would like to look for a Senior Business Development Manager to develop business opportunities in China and Hong Kong markets, and report to the Managing Director.



Job Description

  • Identify potential business prospects that generate new sales opportunities and proactively explore new channels in China and Hong Kong markets
  • Develop sales strategies and sales channels, execute the sales plan to ensure achievement of annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, retailers at all levels
  • Drive the commercial negotiation of contracts and terms with aligned company objective
  • Oversee company P&L, monitor monthly sales revenue and expenses to ensure the revenue targets were met
  • Represent the company to participate in appropriate conferences and trade shows

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, or any business-related disciplines
  • At least 10 years sales experience, dairy/ food industry is preferred
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good knowledge of China market and sales team management experience
  • Occasional travel is required
