About the Client

Our client is a leading corporation in the fashion industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join the HR team as a Senior Human Resources Officer, focusing on the Compensation and Benefits function.

About the Role

  • Participate in all-round Compensation and Benefit (C&B) functions, including payroll processing, benefits management, taxation, MPF contribution, and final payment
  • Produce comprehensive C&B reports that provide insights for the management for decision-making
  • Contact service providers for employee benefits, such as healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, etc.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures related to C&B
  • Work closely with members of other HR functions on organizing staff engagement activities
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
  • Extensive experience (i.e., 5 years) in C&B in retail/ FMCG industry
  • Thorough understanding of the local taxation regulations and Employment Ordinance with C&B
  • Excellent analytical skills with C&B reports
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheets with functions like vlookup, pivot table, chart analysis, etc.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
