About the role
- Manage the full cycle of staff compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, medical and life insurance, leave management, total rewards programs, salary review, bonus plan, and well-being programs
- Provide strategic advices on compensation and benefits issue to key stakeholders and management
- Conduct market research and analyse salary benchmarks to ensure the company's compensation framework remains competitive
- Analyse and consolidate HR data to prepare reports for management review
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistent delivery of HR services
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
- Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with team-leading experience is a plus
