About the Client

A reputable operator within the Media sector is currently undergoing transformation and is seeking for a strategic individual to join them as the Senior HR Business Partner.

About the Role

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and advisor to senior management and department heads on HR-related issues, providing strategic guidance and solutions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Provide counsel on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design etc.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic projects deemed necessary
  • Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years HR experience with solid exposure in HR advisory gained from a sizeable and complex environment
  • Proven experience in providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management and key functional leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
