About the Client

A well-established European luxury fashion brand is looking for an elite individual to join their expanding Hong Kong team as a Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

  • Support the senior manager with all HR functions including recruitment and selection, offering and onboarding, training and development, annual HR budgeting, tax reporting, performance management, compensation and benefit, termination / exit process with the focus on frontline service talents
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain an effective succession planning process
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives, such as team building, leadership development, and cultural change
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR preferably in a Luxury-Fashion retail firm
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Detail-minded and well-organised
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP system and any relevant HR function software
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
