About our Client
My client is a Private Equity Fund and they are holding several assets in Hong Kong. Currently they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to manage their portfolio.
About the Role
- Implement leasing strategies in the assigned properties
- Seek for potential tenants and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants and other parties
- Handle leasing matters such as lease negotiation, renewal and expansion
- Conduct annual budget and market research in different areas
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 3 years or above relevant working experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
