About our Client
My client is a Well-known Hong Kong Developer. Currently they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to handle one of their renovated retail property.
About the Role
- Assist manager to handle leasing matters such as new let, renewal and prepare rental report
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 4 years' relevant experience or above in retail or commercial leasing
- Candidates from Property Management are welcome
- Detail-minded, Corporate and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
