About our client

Our client is a fast growing and well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Secured Lending Product team for a Senior Manager, Wealth Lending Product position.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Secured Loans Product, you are responsible for developing business and product plans for Secured Lending Products, especially focusing Premium Financing and Wealth Lending Products. You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing and sales channel management in achieving business targets. You will manage overall product plans (product pricing, product features and customer journey) to maximize business profits. You have to work closely with segment, digital and operations teams in designing new product initiatives and digital development for target customer segments. In addition, you will participate in system enhancement and workflow streamline projects to ensure effective operations of secured lending products.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in managing Secured Lending product development in retail banks, with sound knowledge in Wealth Lending or Premium Financing is definitely an advantage.
  • Strategic mind set, good communication skills and digital project experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
