Job Description

Our client is a top tier bank that offers a wide range of financial services to their customers. They are now looking for a high calibre (Senior) Business Intelligence Manager to support business optimization and drive revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of market trends, business performance, customer segments
  • Leverage current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action
  • Collect business intelligence data for analysis and perform ongoing automation of BI report solutions
  • Work with business stakeholders and external vendors on project planning, process reviews and enhancements
  • Conduct analysis to identify new business opportunities, increase customer profitability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, business intelligence, statistics or related STEM field
  • 8+ years experience in banking and financial services industry, with a focus in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Hands on experience in business intelligence tools, Tableau or PowerBI, SAS, Python
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good business understanding and ability to convert complex business needs into efficient and accurate queries
