About the Company


Our client is fast growing medical/healthcare brand expanding their business regionally. To cope with their upcoming strategy, they are recruiting a Manager/Senior Manager to facilitate corporate development and investor relations activities for the business.


About the Role

Reporting to the Division Head, you will be responsible for corporate strategy development and support end-to-end M&A management (deal origination, due diligence, negotiation and post-deal integration and performance tracking). You will conduct market research and competitor analysis. You will liaise with external parties such as bankers and tax consultants to facilitate project needs. You will work as an internal consultant and make practical advice to management for mitigating risks and re-engineering business processes by reviewing and transforming their business models. You will also involve in investor relations and fund-raising. You will formulate investor relations strategy and organize the calendar for roadshows and conferences. You will pitch potential investors. You will help to strengthen the investor database and coordinate investor engagement activities.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience gained from renowned investment banks/ management consultancies/ sizable blue-chip companies. Experience related to market research, growth strategy, M&A, business partnership formation, investor relations is preferred. Industry knowledge of Retail/FMCG/Healthcare/Medical is an advantage. Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA is an advantage. You should be commercially savvy, independent, agile and able to perform under pressure . Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
