About our client

Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Digital Banking & FPS Payment team for a Senior Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of Digital Banking, you will formulate product strategies in driving digital banking and FPS payment business. You have to manage new digital initiatives and payment projects to grow digital business with reference to HKMA regulations and guidelines. Working with IT, Transformation and Business teams, you are responsible for designing the roadmap of digital projects, business proposal, user requirements, project implementation and UAT testing. You are required to keep abreast of new market trend and take part in digital product development projects. In addition, you will work on digital customer experience and suggest new fintech development solutions to ensure the growth of digital banking business for the bank.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 7-8 years' of relevant product experience in digital banking and FPS payment in retail banks.
  • Sound product knowledge in FPS payment and other payment product projects is definitely an advantage.
  • Good understanding of payment product regulations, HKMA circulars and risk control.
  • Strong business sense and agile project skills is highly preferred.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
