About the Client

A key player within the Professional Services sector with a strong footprint across Asia Pacific is now seeking for a strategic and dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Manager, HR Analytics.

About the Role

  • Manage and utilize generated data to guide and/or assist on areas related to talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, employee experience and talent development
  • Facilitates implementation of new people initiatives deriving from HR perspective
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture for talent attraction and retention purpose

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
  • 15 years of experience in the management, generation and utilization of HR data to assist organizational efficiency
  • Experience in the design and implementation of HR metrics within a sizeable and matrix organization is highly preferred
  • Prior APAC exposure is an advantage
  • Numerically sensitive with good business acumen
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong user of HR Tech Tools / Systems and MS Office is a must
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
