About the Client

A rapidly expanding organization within the consumer retail sector with business presence across the region is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join them Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will assist and contribute to the overall well-being o the organization as an effective HR advisor. As a true business partner, you will provide extensive 'hands-on' support to designated business units in all areas relating to HR including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, C&B, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and others. You will be required to plan, implement and develop effective yet reliable HR strategies, policies and programmes in alignment to company objectives. Moreover, you will maintain up to date HR trends and implement best market practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR Management or relevant discipline
  • A minimum 10 - 15 years of proven HR experience as an effective HR business partner gained from fast moving and sizable organizationsis preferred
  • Good understanding on full spectrum of HR function
  • Prior experience and or involvement in driving organization change / transformation will be a definite advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in fast moving environment
  • Numerically sensitive with strong business acumen
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
