Job Description

Responsibilities:

Our banking seeking a highly experienced professional to join their team as a Credit Risk Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, approving, and monitoring counterparty credit risk across multiple trading desks and assessing issuers' default risk within our bond investment portfolio. In addition, this role involves participating in the development of internal rating models, contributing to the establishment of credit risk management policies and frameworks, and handling centralized credit policy-related duties. The Credit Risk Manager will also maintain the credit risk management database and assist the Credit Framework head and team head in managing specially designated credit risk projects.



Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, and will have over 10 years of experience in credit risk management. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are preferred. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English are essential.
