About the Client

Our client is a well-established private clubhouse in Hong Kong. To cope with business needs, they are now looking for a Senior Officer, Business Strategy & CRM Experience to join their team.
About the Role
  • Formulate and implement venue strategies to achieve business targets
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns and enhance customer experience touchpoints to acquite and retain members
  • Work closely with different BU to consistently deliver end-to-end customer experience across channels
  • Perform regular CRM analysis, summarize the key findings and insights
  • Conduct market research and analyze market data

About You

  • Degree holder in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private clubs, credit card loyalty programs, hospitality, event, and function industry
  • Proven experience in website management and revamping projects
  • Relevant experience in liaising with design and printing agencies for marketing collaterals
  • High team spirit to work with others, customer-centric, creative, self-motivated, attention to detail, and result oriented
  • Able to work during non-office hours, Saturdays and Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • Experience with data analysis tools - PowerBI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Officer
