About our Client
My client is an International Fashion Group established over 50 years. They specialize in clothing, bags and shoes etc. They are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to expand their business.
About the Role
- Oversee APAC stores expansion, move in and move out
- Manage construction planning, quality, cost, and report regularly
- Liaise with the Business Development team and other internal departments regarding the stores, handover activities
- Manage, liaise, and coordinate with the external consultant team and contractors & suppliers for the on-site work activities
- Assist in prepare budgets and cost saving initiatives, monitor and control related expenses
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above in Construction or other related disciplines
- 4 years or above relevant working experience
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
