  • Responsible for digital app/online ordering system implementation projects
  • Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate into functional design to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with BUs, infrastructure team, development team and vendors to identify technical problems and solutions
  • Prepare and update project documentation, and conduct test strategic plan and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or Business administration related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably working in FMCG, F&B or ecommerce related industries
  • Experience in digitalizing and enhancing user experience of B2C apps
  • Familiar with POS, loyalty app and/or O2O solution is a plus
  • Skills in using SQL or MSSQL
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required, fluent in Mandarin
