About the Client

Our client is a sizable industry-leading company within the retail sector. They are now seeking a talented (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us scale our workforce to support our ambitious growth plans.

About the role

  • Responsible for frontline and office roles sourcing and hiring, onboarding, and oversee the TA functions including recruitment budgets and expenses management, review job board and recruitment channels effectiveness.
  • Identifying the organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
  • Review and revamp existing talent acquisition related policies and tools
  • Managing a highly skilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition
  • Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
  • Understanding the current recruitment trends and your organisation's markets to identify the impact upon the business
  • Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success in recruiting top talent in a competitive market within retail / servicing / F&B / construction / logistics sector
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
