Job Description
Our client, an expanding HR solutions startup, is seeking an SEO/SEM Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's online presence and managing its search engine marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company's website, including content creation, SEO/SEM, and user experience
- Oversee the company's social media presence and create engaging content
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for the company blog and other content platforms
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's HR products and services
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify trends and optimize digital marketing efforts
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the HR/B2B industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with website CMS and social media platforms
- Adaptable and collaborative mindset
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
