Job Summary:

My client is a well-known Sportswear Brand. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will be the key person to drive the company's sourcing strategies and ensuring the effective management of vendors and suppliers.


Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors, fostering collaboration and effective communication
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on their capabilities, capacity, quality standards, sustainability practices
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance and monitor adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Regularly analyze and report on vendor performance, highlighting areas of concern and recommending appropriate actions to address identified issues

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement, preferably from Sportswear brand industry
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation techniques, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
