About Our Client

Our client is a top luxury fashion brand, they are looking for a Store Operations Manager/ Supervisor to provide full support to the Boutique on all client operations and administrative related issues.

Responsibility

  • Avoid stock lost and stock damage
  • Ensure operation efficency
  • Ensure boutique maintenance and tidness is up to standard
  • Lead the team include Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor and Shop Attendants, Part-timers to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Lead Boutique Audit

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail industry
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
