About our Client

We are representing a reputable hospitality brand, looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Create and manage job descriptions, job postings, and advertisements that effectively market open positions and attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess qualifications and skills to ensure alignment with position requirements.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, behavioural assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage and negotiate offer packages, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits that align with market trends and internal equity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations to expand the talent pool and enhance the employer brand.
  • Develop and analyze key recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally from hospitality/ F&B/ retail industry
  • Experienced in driving employer branding initiatives would be ideal
  • Self-motivated, passionate and with positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
