About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-established organization within Financial Services sector, committed to developing top talent and driving innovation. They are seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to lead the design and execution of Graduate Trainee Program.
About the role
- Designing the program curriculum, learning tracks, and development opportunities to attract and retain top graduate talent
- Overseeing the program management, including selection, onboarding, rotation schedules, and performance management of the trainees
- Partnering closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to upskill the Graduate Trainees and support their professional growth
- Monitoring program metrics, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the program to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the program is well-integrated with the organization's talent strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, graduate program management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of talent development best practices and the ability to design innovative learning programs
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience in performance management, coaching, and providing developmental feedback
- Proven track record of collaborating with L&D teams to upskill and develop employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees and stakeholders
- Familiarity with HR systems and talent management technologies
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
