About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong renowned property management company with intensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Currently they are looking for a Technical Manager.
About the Role
- Act as Technical-in-charge of technical team
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies for the estate
- Lead and manage a team for executing repair and maintenance tasks
- Get involved in tendering procedures for major maintenance / enhancement projects, i.e. preparation of tender document, reviewing tender queries and carrying out tender analysis
- Address Owner's Committee's queries about maintenance works and prepare corresponding document for execution
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
- 8 years or above experience in Maintenance and Repair or Project
- Candidate with professional qualifications such as HKIE is a plus
- Independent, Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
