Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily operation of the school, including day-to-day management, resource planning and facility management
Provide support service in facilities management including air-conditioning system, electrical supplies, fire services, security and safety system etc.
Liaise with external parties to facilitate the repair and maintenance services for school premises and facilities
Provide procurement and administration support for transformation and funding projects
Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration, Facility Management or other related disciplines
1-2 years relevant experience in facilities management or education industry
Familiar with building services regulations is an advantage
Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
