Job Description

Trade Coordinator (5-month contract, up to $24k)

  • Office role, data and admin focus
  • 5-day work, 9 hours per day
  • Location: Quarry Bay

Responsibilities

  • Support retail team for clerical and admin duties
  • Monitor sales and inventory of retail partner
  • Input data into Excel and system
  • Prepare reports and inventory records

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel (such as vlookup) and computer operation
  • Attentive, responsible, sensitive to data and numbers
  • At least 1-2 years of experience of admin, clerical or sales support in retail industry is preferable
  • Good communication skills and team work
  • Able to work independently
