Job Description
Trade Coordinator (5-month contract, up to $24k)
- Office role, data and admin focus
- 5-day work, 9 hours per day
- Location: Quarry Bay
Responsibilities
- Support retail team for clerical and admin duties
- Monitor sales and inventory of retail partner
- Input data into Excel and system
- Prepare reports and inventory records
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel (such as vlookup) and computer operation
- Attentive, responsible, sensitive to data and numbers
- At least 1-2 years of experience of admin, clerical or sales support in retail industry is preferable
- Good communication skills and team work
- Able to work independently
