Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise team to perform underwriting efficiently and timely
  • Establish guidelines to ensure underwriting controls and service standards
  • Collaborate with channels to facilitate operations and handle complicated cases
  • Handle channel enquiries and work closely with stakeholders to facilitate operations
  • Provide training to team members and relevant parties to ensure efficient workflow
  • Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience
  • Qualification in LOMA is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of insurance product
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills with customer centricity mindset
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
