Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in monitoring the daily warehouse activities
  • Assist the manager in determining the department warehouse procedures, and work schedules
  • Supervise and extend assistance to the team whenever necessary
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse and CS team
  • Assist the manager in monitoring the performance of workers
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses for management review

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics or any other business-related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of Warehouse experience
  • Candidates are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, good sense of WMS concepts
  • Able to work multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • More experience will be considered as a Supervisor / Manager
  • Immediate availability is preferable
