Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out maintenance and upkeep work for office and store premises
- Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and following up on equipment malfunctions to restore normal operation
- Assisting in supervising contracted workers
- Reporting daily work to supervisor.
Requirements:
- (1-2) /(5-6)years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance and repair
- Hold a diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Grade A or above electrical license and safety card
- Fluent in Cantonese, English (basic understanding)
- Proactive, responsible, with good communication skills.
