About the Client

Our client is a prestigious public relations consultancy specializing in providing public relations, integrated communications and digital outreach solutions to mid-size organizations to multinational conglomerates. To cope with their expansion plan, they are now inviting an Account Director to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you are responsible for fostering new and existing client relationships. You will actively participate in new business development activities and generate new business from existing or new clients by developing communications programs and new initiatives to pursue and create new business leads. Working closely with the content team, you will develop content materials for clients' programs and ensure correspondence, presentations, speeches, reports are of highest standards. Develop an extensive financial media relations network with local and international media and provide medial strategies and initiatives that's in line with your client's needs. Most importantly, you are accountable for yearly budgets and profitability for the business.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Translation
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in financial PR, with prior experience working in boutique and multinational PR agencies
  • Result-driven, good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and executional skills, be able to create programs and meet project timelines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
