About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing, Hong Kong-based digital marketing agency focusing on brand building, content production and social listening. They deliver transformative marketing solutions to the clients. As their business expands in Hong Kong, they are now inviting an Account Director to join them.
About the Role
- Reporting to the General Manager and leading the account servicing team
- Provide digital marketing solutions to clients, responsible for the overall project success from approach to implementation.
- Serve as the guardian to our clients' social media pages, being in-charge of the content strategy, content calendar, community management, ad placement & optimization to ensure business objectives are met
- Support any related ad-hoc request from management
- Maintain good relationship with key clients, partners, and vendors to foster win-win relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of account servicing xperience in working in marketing agencies, ideally with people management experience
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Have knowledge of key social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (YouTube and LinkedIn would be optional)
- Have technical knowledge on how social ad & optimization works.(knowledge in Facebook Ad Management would be an advantage
