Accounting & Administration Officer (1-Year Contract, Max. 26k)

Responsibilities

  • Provide office administration support to teachers and staff
  • Handle billing, process receipts, statements
  • Prepare vouchers, journal entries and reconciliations
  • Assist to compile budget and monitor costs
  • Follow-up with payers to ensure timely payments
  • Work closely with finance department for all finance-related issue
  • Assist Operation Manager to manage company cars booking (drivers schedule)
  • Assist Operation Manager to manage canteen and bus services and perform monthly reconciliation

Job Requirements:

  • A degree holder in Accounting or Business administration discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience is preferable
  • 2-3 years' experience in Accounting and administration
  • Familiar with using accounting software, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferable

  • Five Day Work
