Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Full Set / Account Payable / Account Receivable of accounting duties (depends on division)
  • Keep proper accounting of transactions, such as checkeing, supporting and recording
  • Ensure compliance on company policies / requirements and flag irregularities
  • Create analyses of accounts and generate periodic reports
  • Conduct monthly financial closing, prepare financial schedules and perform financial review
  • Work under the shared service team

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; less experience and fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting, data import and export functions will be an advantage
  • Experience in Oracle system will be an advantage

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
