About our Client
I am currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant General Manager - Leasing on behalf of a prestigious Hong Kong Listed Developer
About the Role
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties to achieve maximum occupancy and rental revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand, and pricing strategies.
- Lead the leasing team in negotiating lease agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including property management, marketing, and finance to ensure efficient operations and effective leasing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations impacting leasing activities
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 15 years or above relevant working experience, preferable in sizable shopping mall
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
