About our Client

I am currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant General Manager - Leasing on behalf of a prestigious Hong Kong Listed Developer

About the Role

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties to achieve maximum occupancy and rental revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead the leasing team in negotiating lease agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including property management, marketing, and finance to ensure efficient operations and effective leasing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze leasing performance, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations impacting leasing activities

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • 15 years or above relevant working experience, preferable in sizable shopping mall
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
