Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to identify customer needs and company issues, develop strategies to achieve the business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect feedback and opinions from customers by using different tools including Social Media Platform, Product Reviews, in store surveys and customer center
  • Transform data collected from customer to new ideas for merchandise to be shown in the store
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and commercializing items from customer's demand.
  • Turn insights to service improvement, new idea of product and customer journey
  • Understand consumer and business needs and translate into actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree is marketing or related disciplines
  • Experience in retail / FMCG related is a plus
  • Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills
